3. No Client Relationship
Your use of the website, submission of a contact form, scheduling of a conversation, or exchange of emails with us does not create a client relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty, agency relationship, or obligation for BREATH VISION to provide services.
A client relationship begins only when BREATH VISION and the client execute a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other formal engagement document signed or otherwise accepted by both parties.
4. Service Descriptions
Descriptions of services, processes, outcomes, industries, capabilities, deliverables, methodologies, or strategic approaches are provided for informational purposes only. Any scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, or terms for a client project will be set out in a separate written agreement.
5. Proposals, Estimates, and Recommendations
Any preliminary recommendations, examples, estimates, timelines, pricing ranges, forecasts, concepts, or proposals shared before execution of a formal agreement are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. We may revise recommendations, scope, timing, fees, or assumptions as we learn more about a project, market, team, budget, data availability, or business objectives.

8. No Guarantee of Results
BREATH VISION may support clients with growth strategy, market intelligence, outbound systems, lead generation, positioning, content, brand systems, sales materials, event strategy, and related services. However, business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client execution, budgets, product-market fit, sales performance, competitive dynamics, regulatory conditions, technology infrastructure, and customer behavior.
We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, meetings, customers, conversions, funded deals, revenue, return on investment, market adoption, brand awareness, website traffic, media attention, or other business outcome unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
